We are hiring for a Lead/Principal Consultant AI and Data Transformation - Life Sciences (PAN India-Hybrid) to lead enterprise-wide AI, data and digital transformation initiatives for clients in the Life Sciences sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements focused on AI, Data and Analytics-led business transformation across the Life Sciences sector.
Work with clients to identify business problems, define AI/Data transformation roadmaps, prioritize high-value use cases and develop business cases.
Translate business requirements into AI, GenAI and Agentic AI-enabled solutions and drive their adoption across enterprise processes.
Support the delivery of transformation programs across areas such as asset management, network operations, field services, customer operations, trading and sustainability.




Manage key client stakeholders and bridge business and technical teams to operationalize AI/Data solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Drive program/product management, governance, PMO and delivery assurance activities for large-scale transformation initiatives.
Contribute to RFP responses, proactive client pitches, PoVs and consulting offerings.
Develop executive-level narratives, data-driven insights and recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
Support practice growth through client meetings, solution development and thought leadership.
Travel to client locations in India/global locations as required and work from office/client location at least 3 days per week.
