Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Python Automation Tester with hands-on experience in designing and developing automation frameworks for web and API applications. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Python programming, Selenium automation, API testing, and CI/CD tools.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
Build and enhance automation frameworks using PyTest/Robot Framework.
Automate Web UI testing using Selenium WebDriver.
Perform API testing and automation using Requests Library, Postman, and REST APIs.
Execute regression, integration, smoke, and functional testing.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and create test strategies.
Analyze test execution results and report defects using defect tracking tools.
Integrate automated test suites with Jenkins/Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Work closely in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills




Strong experience in Python Programming.
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
Experience with PyTest, Robot Framework, or other Python automation frameworks.
Robust knowledge of API Testing and REST services.
Experience in database testing using SQL.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub, version control systems.
Knowledge of Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Playwright automation.
Exposure to AWS/Azure Cloud settings.
Knowledge of Docker and containerized testing.
Performance testing knowledge using JMeter.
Experience in BDD frameworks such as Behave/Cucumber.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
