Site Safety Management: Implement, monitor, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures on construction sites.
Risk Mitigation: Perform daily/weekly site inspections, audits of equipment, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) to identify and mitigate hazards.
Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA), and maintain all safety documentation.
Training & Awareness: Conduct site safety inductions for current workers, daily toolbox meetings, and specialized training (e.g., fire drills, working at height).
Permit Management: Issue and manage high-risk work permits, including hot work, confined space, and lifting operations.
Emergency Response: Develop and manage emergency response plans and ensure first-aid/firefighting equipment is maintained.
