Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x
Build SOAP and REST APIs using BW with solid understanding of service design principles
Develop complex process flows, shared modules, and reusable components
Work extensively with XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, and perform XSLT transformations
Implement robust error handling, exception management, and logging frameworks
Integrate BW with databases (JDBC), file systems, FTP/SFTP, and external systems
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and production issue resolution
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards and best practices

Mandatory Skills
Solid hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x
Deep understanding of:
BW Process Design & Flow Control
Shared Resources & Modules
EMS / JMS messaging
Synchronous and Asynchronous integrations
Expertise in XML, XSD, WSDL, XPath, XSLT
Experience with REST / SOAP web services
Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills in BW runtime
Experience working in production-grade integration environments
