Job DescriptionOur client is a leading global investment bank and financial services institution with a presence across major financial markets worldwide. As part of the continued growth of its Trade Surveillance function, the firm is looking to hire a VP – Trade Surveillance for Mumbai location
nThe role will be responsible for managing and enhancing trade surveillance processes, strengthening front-office controls, identifying potential market conduct risks, and driving greater efficiency and effectiveness across the surveillance framework.
nKey Responsibilities:

Lead Trade Surveillance across Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income & Commoditiesn
Manage and enhance surveillance processes, controls & exception monitoringn
Analyse trading data to identify anomalies, trends and potential risksn
Drive resolution of data issues and improve front-office controlsn
Partner with Compliance, Risk,



Technology & Front Office teamsn

nRequirements:

n
MBA Finance with 8+ years of Trade Surveillance experience with global investment banking firm.n
Robust knowledge of Equities, Derivatives & Fixed Incomen
Experience with Nasdaq Trade Surveillance, TradingHub or Actimizen
Robust SQL/Tableau and data analytics skillsn
Exposure to Bloomberg/LSEG Workspacen
Robust understanding of regulatory and market conduct requirementsn
