nPepper is building a technology-led content and marketing platform that helps businesses scale their SEO and content marketing efforts. We're now building a robust B2B SaaS sales motion and are looking for SDRs who can help us build the top of the funnel and create meaningful conversations with potential customers.
nWhat will you do?
nAs an SDR, you'll be one of the first touchpoints between Pepper and our potential customers. Your job will be to identify the right accounts, reach out to decision-makers, qualify opportunities and create a solid pipeline for the sales team.

Identify and research high-potential prospects and target accountsn
Generate qualified meetings through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channelsn
Understand a prospect's business, challenges and potential fit with Peppern
Personalize your outreach rather than relying on generic messagingn




Qualify leads and understand their business needs, pain points, budget and decision-making processn
Work closely with AEs and the Marketing team to convert opportunities into a robust sales pipelinen
Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in the CRMn
Consistently track and improve your outreach, conversion and meeting-generation metricsn
Experiment with different messaging, personas and outreach strategies to improve response ratesn

nWhat are we looking for?

1–4 years of experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, business development or similar rolesn
Experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS/technologyn
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospectingn
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsn
Ability to research accounts and identify the right stakeholdersn
A target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownershipn
Comfortable working with sales metrics and being accountable f
