Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities for safety consulting and risk management services.
Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, industry events and direct client engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with HSE Heads, Plant Heads, EHS Managers, Operations Heads, HR Heads and senior management.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate safety solutions. Promote services such as:
Safety Audits
EHS Audits
Compliance Audits
Risk Assessments
Process Safety Management (PSM)
HAZOP / PHA Studies
Fire & Life Safety Assessments
Electrical Safety Audits
Industrial Hygiene Services
Safety Training & Competency Development
Emergency Preparedness & Disaster Management
Sustainability / ESG-related services.
Prepare proposals, commercial offers and presentations in coordination with technical teams.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of client requirements.
Track sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports and achieve revenue targets.




Develop key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and emerging safety requirements.
Participate in client meetings, industry conferences, seminars and networking events.
Ensure timely follow-up on proposals, quotations and commercial discussions.

Desired Skills & Experience
510 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in safety consulting, EHS, engineering services, risk management or industrial services.
Solid understanding of industrial safety and EHS services.
Experience in selling safety audits, risk assessments, compliance services, process safety or safety consulting will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving business development / revenue targets.
Robust client relationship and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and proposal-writing skills.
Ability to understand technical safety requirements and translate them into business solutions.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
