Role & responsibilities
Manage execution of UAE Transfer Pricing documentation and advisory engagements.
Lead preparation and review of Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies and other Transfer Pricing deliverables.
Perform and review functional analyses, economic analyses and intercompany transaction assessments.
Evaluate appropriate Transfer Pricing methodologies and support development of Transfer Pricing policies.
Review financial analyses, benchmarking results and Transfer Pricing calculations.
Monitor UAE Transfer Pricing compliance requirements and identify potential areas of risk.
Manage engagement timelines, budgets and information requests.
Review work prepared by Consultants and Senior Consultants and provide technical and developmental feedback.
Support managers and partners in client meetings and presentations.
Develop robust working relationships with UAE-based engagement teams and clients.
Perform technical research and prepare advice on UAE and international Transfer Pricing matters.
Assist with proposals, pitches and business development activities.




Identify opportunities for process improvements and effective use of offshore resources.
Coach and develop junior team members.
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance client value.
Promote high standards of quality, compliance, and risk management.
Coach and support junior professionals in their technical and career development.
Stay abreast of regulatory, economic, and industry developments impacting clients.
Contribute to the growth and reputation of the Transfer Pricing practice.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline.
CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, ADIT or equivalent qualified qualification.
4 to 5 years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience.
Solid understanding of UAE TP regulations, OECD Guidelines, and TP risk management principles.
Demonstrated experience managing engagements and stakeholder relationships.
