nAbout the Role
nAjanta Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development (LatAm) to support and grow our business across Latin American markets.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B business development, distributor/partner management, commercial negotiations and market analysis, along with a good understanding of regulatory requirements in Latin American markets.
nKey Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate B2B partners and distributors and manage relationships with external partners.n
Develop commercial proposals and negotiate partnership agreements.n




Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance and Supply Chain.n
Evaluate and analyze market data to identify recent product and business opportunities.n
Develop business models and prepare P&L; for potential opportunities.n
Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements across Latin American markets, particularly Brazil, Mexico, Columbia and Chile.n

nCandidate Profile

B.Pharm / MBA qualification.n
7–9 years of relevant experience for Manager level.n
10–12 years of relevant experience for Sr. Manager level.n
Robust experience in Business Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.n
Experience in distributor/partner identification and relationship management.n
Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills.n
Good understanding of Latin American markets and regulatory requirements.n
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.n
