About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, business-minded and highly communicative individual who enjoys talking to customers, building relationships and finding recent growth opportunities.
At Pitaara, you’ll work closely with the founders to help grow our B2B business across India by connecting with packaging businesses, gifting companies, sweet shops, caterers, wholesalers and other trade customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, follow-ups, networking and understanding what customers actually need.
What You’ll Do

Handle incoming B2B enquiries across WhatsApp, calls and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and communicate Pitaara’s products, pricing, samples, quantities, timelines and business terms clearly.
Maintain organised records of every lead, conversation, follow-up and customer relationship.
Follow up consistently with prospective customers and ensure solid opportunities are not missed.
Identify and reach out to potential B2B customers and trade partners across India.
Build long-term relationships with packaging businesses,



gifting companies, wholesalers, sweet shops and caterers.
Listen closely to customer feedback, objections and market requirements and share useful insights with the team.
Research new markets, customer segments and sales opportunities for Pitaara.
Learn Pitaara’s products, specifications and processes thoroughly so that customers always receive accurate and truthful information.
