Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end DC operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Ensure inventory accuracy, product availability and timely order fulfilment.
Manage manpower planning, shifts, productivity and team performance.
Coordinate transport and logistics for timely store/customer deliveries.
Ensure proper handling of fresh produce, including FIFO/FEFO and wastage control.
Monitor DC KPIs, SLA, productivity, inventory and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards.
Drive process improvement and cost optimization.

Job Requirements
10–21 years of experience in DC/Warehouse Management.
Experience only from FMCG, Retail or E-commerce.
Experience managing large-scale warehouses/DCs and multiple shifts.
Solid knowledge of Inventory Management, WMS/ERP, Inbound & Outbound Operations.
Experience in team management, manpower planning and productivity improvement.
Valuable understanding of fresh produce/FMCG operations and FIFO/FEFO.
