Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused In-Shop Promoter to drive sales and product awareness at our retail outlet(s). The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing products, engaging with walk-in customers, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and approach walk-in customers in a friendly and engaging manner
Demonstrate product features, perks, and USPs confidently and clearly
Assist customers in making purchase decisions based on their needs
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the management
Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and cleanliness of the display area
Collect and update customer feedback, competitor information, and market trends




Promote new product launches and handle in-store promotions or campaigns
Maintain good relations with store staff and ensure brand visibility and positioning
Provide regular updates and reports to the assigned Sales/Area Manager

Job Requirements :
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
Experienced candidates
(Min. 2 years of experience in consumer appliances & consumer electronics & 1 year in relevant brands specified)
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Robust product presentation and negotiation skills
High energy, confidence, and a customer-first attitude
Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and in rotational shifts
