Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to users across production, office, warehouse, and other departments.
Maintain computers, servers, printers, scanners, network devices, and other IT assets.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and system connectivity issues.
Support ERP/MRP, production, inventory, attendance, and other business applications.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, networking, and AMC services.
Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, backups, and documentation.
Ensure data security, antivirus protection, access control, and regular backups.
Support CCTV, biometric/attendance systems, barcode systems, and shop-floor IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot system and application issues with minimum production downtime.
Assist in implementing digitalization, automation, and IT improvement projects.
Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and cybersecurity practices.
Provide technical support during recent system installations and upgrades.
