nKey Responsibilities

Drive capital sales of orthopaedic robotic systems across hospitals, ASCs, and clinics.n
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and long-cycle capital deals.n
Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital C-suite stakeholders.n
Lead negotiations for purchases, leases, and service contracts.n
Present compelling clinical, operational, and ROI-based business cases.n
Coordinate surgeon demos, cadaver labs, and evaluation programs.n
Monitor competitors, market trends, and procurement dynamics.n





nWhat We're Looking For

Experience in medical device / capital equipment sales, preferably orthopaedics or surgical robotics.n
Robust understanding of hospital procurement and capital sales cycles.n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.n
Ability to engage confidently with surgeons and senior hospital leadership.n
Commercially driven, analytical, and innovation-focused mindset.n
