We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Consultant with expertise in customer engagement journeys, campaign automation, and Dynamics Customer InsightsJourneys to support scalable multichannel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Understanding & Stakeholder Engagement
Gather and analyze requirements for adhoc, repeatable, and micro-journey campaigns.
Define business rules, triggers, and customer engagement workflows.
Plan and support multichannel engagement strategies including Email and SMS campaigns with proper interaction tracking.

Dynamics Journey Alignment
Design and align automated micro journeys in Dynamics Customer Insights–Journeys.
Translate business requirements into scalable trigger-based workflows and orchestration patterns.
Ensure journey execution aligns with campaign objectives and customer experience goals.

Data & Trigger Management
Validate campaign data sources, refresh schedules, and trigger dependencies.
Define audience segmentation rules and campaign entry logic.
Ensure accurate and consistent campaign activation processes.

Campaign Content & Governance
Refine and structure automated campaign content for clarity, compliance, and business alignment.




Support personalization strategies while maintaining scalability and governance standards.
Ensure content reusability without increasing operational complexity.

Message Template Architecture
Develop standardized message templates within Dynamics platforms.
Create reusable static content blocks such as disclaimers and compliance messaging.
Manage controlled agile content for productive execution and consistency.

Operational Playbooks & Enablement
Prepare campaign playbooks, SOPs, and launch checklists.
Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.
Enable internal teams to independently manage and optimize automated customer journeys.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in campaign management, CRM consulting, or marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights – Journeys.
Solid understanding of customer lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and trigger-based automation.
Experience in multichannel campaign execution (Email/SMS).
Knowledge of campaign governance, personalization, and template management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
