Role & responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into T24 functional solutions.
Configure and support T24 Lending and Securities modules.
Participate in T24 implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.
Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
Support end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
Work with technical teams for interfaces, data migration, and integration activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
