Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
Perform lab testing of food products using HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometry, pH meter, viscometer, etc. to detect impurities and contaminants.
Develop and implement quality control procedures for current product launches to ensure seamless integration into existing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues related to product development and manufacturing.
Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities, including test results, inspection reports, and documentation.
