Responsible for Identify, track, and evaluate relevant tenders and bidding opportunities on the GeM portal and other government procurement platforms.
Analyze tender documents to understand technical, commercial, and compliance requirements while identifying potential business prospects.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents with complete accuracy and adherence to submission guidelines and timelines.
Coordinate with OEMs for pricing, technical specifications, deal registrations, approvals, and commercial support.
Maintain organized records of bids, tender submissions, project documentation, and current chance status.
Manage sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases with high accuracy and timely updates.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients for timely proposal submissions.
Develop a strong understanding of GeM policies, bidding procedures, and government e-procurement regulations.




Support project documentation activities with a basic understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation and validation.
Demonstrate knowledge of IT Infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, backup, and security solutions.
