Job Description Operations Executive
n We are hiring an Operations Executive to join our team.
n Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
n Budget: Up to ₹30,000/month
n Key Responsibilities
n n Track client deliverables, compliances, and deadlines.
n Coordinate with clients via Email/WhatsApp for updates and follow-ups.
n Collect client feedback and resolve queries/issues.
n Maintain accurate client data and operational trackers.
n Prepare and update MIS reports.
n Track administrative and operational tasks.
n Handle other ad-hoc activities as assigned.
n n Requirements: Valuable communication, follow-up, coordination, and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience in Operations, Client Coordination, or MIS will be preferred.
