nResponsibilities

Manage the expense scrub process.n
Supervise and train offshore consultants.n
Handle prior-owner general ledger (GL) account mapping for acquisitions.n
Maintain and roll forward PM reclass sheet updates.n
Perform monthly completeness checks.n
Prepare and post PM accruals; coordinate related communications.n
Process alter worksheet requests.n
Ensure mid-month move-out recovery updates are completed.n
Review monthly workpapers.n
Review acquisition- and disposition-related entries, as needed.n
Ensure monthly tasks and property assignments are completed accurately and on time.n
Support ad hoc projects, as assigned.n

nQualifications

BA/BS required; Accounting degree preferred.n
CPA/MBA preferred.n
