The Head IT will lead the organizations IT strategy, infrastructure, and enterprise systems to enable business growth, operational efficiency, and digital resilience.
This role will focus on strengthening core IT capabilities, ensuring robust governance, cybersecurity, and seamless integration of technology across all business functions.
Define and implement the organizations IT strategy aligned with business goals
Establish robust IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud settings, and end-user systems
Ensure high system availability, uptime, and performance across all locations
Lead IT service management (ITSM) and support functions
Manage and optimize enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and supply chain platforms




Ensure seamless integration across systems to improve operational efficiency
Drive system upgrades, implementations, and vendor transitions
Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity framework
Ensure data protection, privacy, and business continuity planning
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
Manage relationships with IT vendors, system integrators, and service providers
Negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery as per SLAs
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
Own and manage the IT budget
Optimize IT costs while ensuring service quality and scalability
Evaluate and prioritize technology investments
