Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and experienced to lead sustainability and green building certification projects across LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, and ECBC. The ideal candidate will manage, facilitate cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure high-quality project delivery, and drive successful certification outcomes while supporting business growth and technical excellence.

Plan, monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are metn
Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders for smooth project executionn
Prepare sustainability strategies and documentation for certification submissionsn
Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with standards (LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC, etc.)n




Identify risks and prospects to improve project performancen
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to ENGRIN processesn
Support business development through proposals and client meetingsn
Stay updated on green building standards, technologies and market trendsn
Manage resources, budgets and project timelines effectivelyn

nQualifications

Min Bachelor's degree in the relate subjectsn
Min of 2 - 3 years of relevant experiencen
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.n
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyn
Expertise on LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBCn
