Review designs submitted by the structural consultant for any errors and rectification of the same through themn
Design co-ordination with external consultantn
Should have thorough knowledge of valuable construction practices & construction materialsn
Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verifications as per design changesn
Responsible to co-ordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, for timely deliverablesn
Co-ordinate with External Architects, Structural consultants or any other consultant to ensure DMart specifications are metn
Co-ordinate with Developers to ensure DMart specifications are explained & adhered to by the developer (as-and-when requiredn
Knowledge of IS Codes & all design relevant standardsn
Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ & Working Drawingn
