Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Testing Qualified with 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with robust expertise in Retail/Fashion Retail, POS, E-commerce, and omnichannel environments. The role involves leading end-to-end testing activities and working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End-to-End Testing for retail applications.
Validate retail processes across POS, E-commerce, Inventory, Orders, Pricing, Promotions, Returns, and Loyalty.
Develop test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
Coordinate testing across multiple applications and integrations.
Perform API and Middleware Testing, including Boomi-based integrations.
Manage defects, support root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate UAT and production validation activities.




Work closely with clients, business users, product teams, and technology teams.
Provide testing status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders.
Lead testing activities across multiple workstreams and support Agile delivery.

Required Skills
10+ years of Software Testing/QA experience.
Robust Retail/Fashion Retail domain experience.
Hands-on experience with POS and E-commerce testing.
Experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris), D365, or Retail platforms.
API, Middleware, and Integration Testing experience.
Experience with Boomi is preferred.
Exposure to Appium, IQP, ICA, or similar testing tools.
Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum settings.
Test Automation exposure is an advantage.
