Role- Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Location- Pune (Hybrid)

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Reporting & Analytics Analyst with robust expertise in Travel & Expense (T&E;) reporting, Concur analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed spend reports, analyzing expense trends, identifying anomalies, and providing actionable insights to Finance and T&E; leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Travel & Expense (T&E;) spend reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Analyze spend patterns, trends, compliance metrics, and key performance indicators.
Perform detailed analysis of expense categories, including DNA spend.
Extract, validate, and analyze backend data from Concur and related systems.
Investigate unusual transactions, anomalies, and spending trends.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and improved spend visibility.
Monitor aged transactions, unsubmitted expense reports, and other T&E; KPIs.
Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and business insights.




Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for Finance and T&E; leadership.
Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from business stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Required 5+ years of experience in analytical reporting, business analytics, financial reporting, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Concur reporting and Travel & Expense analytics.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics tools.
Solid analytical, quantitative, and data interpretation skills.
Experience working with large datasets and identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create and present clear, concise reports to senior/executive stakeholders.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience creating executive-level reporting
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
