Job Responsibilities
Generate recent B2B sales prospects and develop relationships with industrial clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mechatronics, automation, and engineering solutions.
Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and site visits.
Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up with clients for order closure.
Coordinate with engineering, automation, and project teams for technical requirements.
Develop business with OEMs, EPC contractors, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.





Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
1–3 years of experience in technical/industrial B2B sales.
Valuable understanding of mechatronics, industrial automation, robotics, SPMs, sensors, actuators, motors, and mechanical assemblies.
Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions to customers.
Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
