n1: Set in place a systematic process for building new pipeline & relationship management.
n2: Build and develop commercial & strategic relationships with key residential customers and developers; organize and facilitate regular sales meetings to ensure the team is aligned with company goals and strategies.
n3: Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, operations, legal & finance teams to come up with win-win solutions keeping in mind the best interest of all stakeholders.
n4: Participate in relevant networking events on behalf of the company.
n5: Create strategies to identify recent methods to grow partnerships.
n6: Serve as the POC for developing and maintaining the relationship, troubleshooting issues, and responding to incoming inquiries.
n7: Should be good at planning and excellent at detailed execution.
n8: Build and maintain solid relationships with key residential clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
