Job Description: Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach veterinarians, grooming salons, freelance pet groomers, and pet clinics.
Handle all stages of onboarding
Explain the app and partnership model
Collect KYC documents
Assist with app download and profile creation
Conduct basic usage training
Own ongoing relationships — solve issues, collect feedback, and keep providers active.
Track onboarding metrics and provider performance — report to the ops team weekly.
Skills & Experience
1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably in healthtech, edtech, SaaS, or B2B startups).
Experience onboarding vendors, service providers, or clinics is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi + English required).
Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets.
Basic tech aptitude — can learn and explain mobile apps easily.
