We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth who has hands-on experience in CPS affiliate marketing and has successfully onboarded and managed Media Buying Affiliates. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale publisher revenue while ensuring campaign profitability. The position is based out of Mohali.

Key Responsibilities
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Prior experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team.
Must have hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI, and CPC campaigns.
Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
Confident personality with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers, or similar.




Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaign performance using data.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
