Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Production.
Experience: minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in tool room or precision machining. Robust hands-on machining background preferred.
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai
Key Job Responsibilities
Handling manpower for conventional & VMC machines (Lathe, Milling, VMC, Grinding)
Managing machining processes (Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grinding, Finishing)
Understanding raw materials size & specifications
Manpower planning, shift allocation & productivity monitoring
Reading drawings, tolerances & process planning
Cycle time reduction & process improvement (Lean)
Inventory management of tools & consumables
Planning preventive & breakdown maintenance
Maintain MIS for planning, raw material tracking, and in-process reporting, including monitoring of process cycle time.
Basic Computer Knowledge, MS Office, Outlook.
