n About the Role
n Ajanta Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development (LatAm) to support and grow our business across Latin American markets.
n The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B business development, distributor/partner management, commercial negotiations and market analysis, along with a valuable understanding of regulatory requirements in Latin American markets.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Identify and evaluate B2B partners and distributors and manage relationships with external partners.
n Develop commercial proposals and negotiate partnership agreements.




n Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance and Supply Chain.
n Evaluate and analyze market data to identify new product and business opportunities.
n Develop business models and prepare P&L; for potential prospects.
n Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements across Latin American markets, particularly Brazil, Mexico, Columbia and Chile.
n n Candidate Profile
n n B.Pharm / MBA qualification.
n 7–9 years of relevant experience for Manager level.
n 10–12 years of relevant experience for Sr. Manager level.
n Solid experience in Business Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
n Experience in distributor/partner identification and relationship management.
n Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills.
n Valuable understanding of Latin American markets and regulatory requirements.
n Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
