Role
Purpose

To support
DriveX’s business expansion and facility operations by managing property
identification and negotiations, lease coordination, interior fit-outs and
project execution, followed by end-to-end facility operations across
assigned locations.

Key
Responsibilities
Real
Estate & Expansion
Scout and identify suitable
properties for current facilities.
Conduct market surveys and
rental bench marking.
Support commercial negotiations
with property owners.
Coordinate lease/MOU execution
and property documentation.
Coordinate with internal Legal,
Finance and Business teams for property closure.
Projects & Interior Execution
Prepare BOQs, budgets and
project execution plans.
Coordinate contractors, vendors
and internal stakeholders.
Supervise site execution and
ensure quality and timelines.
Manage interior fit-outs,
facility setup and handover.
Conduct snag identification and
ensure timely closure.
Facility Operations
Manage day-to-day facility
operations after project handover.
Handle maintenance, repairs and




preventive maintenance activities.
Manage vendors and service
partners.
Ensure statutory, safety and
facility-related compliance.
Manage assigned Bangalore
Corporate Offices & Hosur , COCOs and DTC facilities.
Budget
& Cost Management
Prepare and monitor project and
facility budgets.
Control project and operational
costs.
Negotiate with vendors and
contractors.
Verify and coordinate invoice
processing and payments.
Reporting & Tracking
Maintain weekly project and
expansion trackers.
Monitor project timelines,
budgets and milestones.
Maintain cost and facility
operation trackers.
Provide regular updates on
project progress, risks and escalations.

Requirements
Ideal
Candidate Profile
Experience: 10–12 years in Facility
Management, Real Estate Projects, Interior Fit-outs, Commercial Property
or a similar role.
Robust experience in project
execution as well as facility operations.
