Operate the fusing machine safely and efficiently.
Check fabric, interlining, size, shade, and quantity before fusing.
Follow approved fusing temperature, pressure, and machine speed settings.
Ensure proper alignment of fabric and interlining.
Check fused components for proper bonding and appearance.
Monitor machine temperature, pressure, and belt speed during production.
Identify defects such as bubbling, peeling, scorching, shrinkage, and poor bonding.
Separate defective pieces and inform the Team Leader/Supervisor.
Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
Prevent fabric and interlining wastage.
Keep the fusing machine and work area clean.
Report machine breakdowns and abnormal conditions to the Maintenance Team.
Follow 5S, safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.
Maintain proper records as required.
Support other fusing activities when instructed by the Supervisor.
