Main Goal

Contract management, litigation filing, tracking, following up and cooperating with external counsels.

Job description

• To understand legal requirements pertaining to different geographies relevant to the company and ensure compliance of the same.
• Drafting and maintaining replies of customer correspondence/legal notices/written statements/replies etc.
• Supporting the team for management of the Legal Process for Claims through issuing of legal notices etc.
• Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports of all legal cases and provide regular update to stakeholders concerned.
• Coordination with external counsel for Litigations, including support in data gathering for drafting, record keeping, representing the company in courts/tribunals/Govt Authorities.
• Drafting of documents like application form, Agreements/Contracts, affidavit, Undertaking, MOU, etc. as per requirement.
