We’re scaling our surgical leadership to meet soaring demand and improve survival outcomes through precision and compassion. Role & Responsibilities
Perform complex oncological surgeries across breast, GI, thoracic, and head & neck cancer domains with minimal invasiveness and maximal oncological clearance.
Lead tumor board discussions, collaborate with medical/radiation oncologists, and co-design personalized treatment pathways for high-acuity cases.
Implement protocol-driven perioperative care, including pre-op risk stratification, intra-op navigation tools, and post-op recovery monitoring.
Train junior surgeons and surgical residents in standardized oncologic procedures and ensure adherence to NCCN/ESMO guidelines.
Participate in clinical audits, surgical outcome tracking, and QA/QC initiatives to maintain >95% complication-free recovery benchmarks.
Engage in community outreach programs and public education on early cancer detection—focusing on patient navigation and survivorship.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
FCPS/MS/DNB General Surgery with fellowship in Surgical Oncology (FICS, FSSO, or equivalent)
Active MCI/NMC registration with valid state medical council license
Proven experience in laparoscopic/robotic oncological resections (minimum 3+ years)
Proficiency in tumor staging (TNM), sentinel node mapping, and margin documentation
Experience with multidisciplinary cancer care coordination and institutional tumor boards
Solid documentation skills in EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Medanta, or hospital-specifi
