Education : BE - Mechanical (Full time Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from AICTE approved institute)
Experience - 4 to 8 years
Conduct maintenance as per defined checklist and schedule.
Carry out RCA for repetitive breakdowns in the plant and implement.
Carry out breakdown maintenance of the plant equipment.
Undertake Spares Management
Execution of small and modification projects (Capex) as per the planning
Execution of shutdown activities as per planning
Undertake 5S & TQM activities in the plant.
Conduct Plant activities as per safety procedures and impart training to team members.
Coordination with project team for commissioning activities for Recent Plants
Should have hands-on experience of Chemical Process Equipment’s (Rotating and Basic)
Should have knowledge about: Packing machines, Heat Exchanger, De-dusting & conveying system, Spray dryer, VFBD ,Basic SAP, Magnetic Pump, Capex Execution, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Process Safety
