Description

We are seeking a candidate with robust knowledge of the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market and hands-on experience in Premium Booking and Endorsement Processing. The candidate will be responsible for accurate premium processing, interpreting insurance documentation, and supporting team knowledge calibration and audit activities.

Responsibilities
Solid experience in UK Lloyd's / London Market Insurance operations.
Extensive knowledge of Unallocated Cash Investigation, Cash Matching, Reconciliation, and Credit Control processes.
Ability to independently handle complex investigations and ageing cash items.
Experience in team support, query resolution, and SME responsibilities.
Proven experience in cross-training, knowledge transfer, and mentoring team members.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
Experience with London Market systems and insurance operations.

Qualifications

Graduation

London market certification candidate will be preferred
