Production Engineer : Bus body assembly line / End Off Line / Test & Finish
Responsibilities
Responsible for
Achieve the targets w.r.to SQDCM
Safety : Identify USA & USC and closing the same, Ensure accident free assembly
Quality : Achieve QFL DPUs as per target; Ensure defect free product to our customer
Delivery : Achieve 100% Plan vs Actual; Process improvements to enhance production
Cost : Achieve indirect consumable cost, scrap cost, rework cost as per the target
Morale : Do more Kaizen w.r.to SQDCM and drive Quality Circles
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
