Perform assigned sewing operations as per the approved operation method.
Maintain required stitch quality and sewing standards.
Follow the correct machine setting and work method.
Handle fabric and garment components carefully.
Check own work for defects such as skipped stitches, broken stitches, uneven seams, and loose threads.
Inform the Team Leader immediately about machine problems or quality issues.
Maintain proper feeding and movement of garment components.
Achieve assigned production targets gradually based on skill level.
Follow approved work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the workstation.
Follow all safety instructions and use required PPE.
Attend skill development and sewing training programs regularly.
