Job Description:

Position: Sr. Executive – Production
Reporting To: Asst Manager – Production
Location : Ranipet ,
Joining Time: Immediate / 1 Month
Educational/Academic Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent
Experience (in years) : 10 - 12 Yrs
Age - 35- 40
Preferred Industry : Toys, Automobile or Similar
Key Responsibilities
 Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet production schedules.
 Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
 Supervise shop floor operations and optimize manpower utilization.
 Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Procurement teams to
ensure smooth production.
 Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
 Ensure availability of raw materials, tools,



and equipment for uninterrupted production.
 Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
 Monitor production KPIs, including productivity, OEE, downtime, rejection, and scrap.
 Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
 Ensure compliance with SOPs and EHS guidelines.
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or
similar methodologies.
 Train, mentor, and evaluate production operators to improve performance and
adherence to standards.
 Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
