About this Position
We are looking for a motivated Product Development qualified to support the development and optimization of adhesive products. The role involves conducting analytical testing, analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical reports, and driving product innovation through recent technologies and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience with water-based and hot melt adhesives and a solid commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
What you´ll do
Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
Conduct analytical testing in support of projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner
Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Actively participate in departmental activities such as panels, meetings and committees
Take part in innovating product by exploring current technology or performance improvement methodologies
Prepare and deliver technical reports for product development projects




Monitor and adjust product development processes as needed
Create test plans and make design changes
Comply with all regulations and safety precautions
Candidate with background and experience in water-based and Hotmelts adhesives are preferred

What makes you a good fit
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/ M.Sc. in polymer engineering/polymer coatings/ chemistry-organic, polymer science, material science & related fields
Minimu 1 year of experience in chemistry lab, experience in adhesives lab preferred
Hands-on experience in laboratory work, formula processing & testing, data management
