Role Summary

A leading organization in the IT infrastructure, data
storage, and cloud solutions sector is looking for a high-energy and
customer-focused Account Manager – Sales to develop new business prospects
and nurture relationships with existing customers.

The role will primarily focus on relationship building,
prospecting, account support, and identifying upselling opportunities, with the
prospect to gradually progress towards managing larger enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting
Identify
and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn
networking, and marketing campaign follow-ups.
Research
prospective customers and identify potential business opportunities.
Develop
and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow




up with prospects and convert qualified opportunities into business.

Account Management
Support
senior account managers in managing existing customer relationships.
Understand
customer requirements and ensure appropriate coordination with technical
teams.
Identify
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Build
strong and long-term relationships with customers.

Sales Coordination
Keep
the sales funnel and CRM records updated.
Prepare
quotations and coordinate contract renewals.
Coordinate
with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer requirements.
Work
closely with Pre-Sales Engineers to arrange product demonstrations and
technical discussions.

Product & Industry Knowledge
Develop
a strong foundational understanding of data storage solutions and cloud
technologies.
Gain
knowledge of enterprise data infrastructure solutions to effectively
understand and address basic customer queries.
