Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results -oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth within our expanding real estate division based in Gurugram, Haryana.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
Support business growth through recent client acquisition and follow -ups
Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements
Track leads, maintain client communication, and support closures
Observe market trends and assist in identifying recent opportunities
Requirements
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Sales or Business Development.
Strong expertise in Current Business Development and Lead Generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to manage end -to -end sales cycles, follow -ups, and closures.
Prior experience in the construction / real estate industry is an added advantage.
