Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios and team productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching and sales training.
Support the team in high-value negotiations and deal closures.
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and overall productivity.
Provide sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management.

Candidate Profile:
7–9 years of solid hardcore sales experience.
Proven record of consistently achieving sales and revenue targets.
Robust team management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication and deal-closing skills.
Ability to motivate teams and deliver results in a high-pressure workplace.
