Job Description

We are looking for a smart, responsible and computer-savvy candidate to join our team as a Back Office & Operations Executive.

The candidate will be responsible for back-office operations, computer work, email communication, documentation, client coordination and social media activities & others.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day back-office and office operations
Maintain client records and documentation
Data entry and computer-related work
Handle official emails and communication
Prepare and maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports
Coordinate with clients and service providers
Handle online platforms and digital documentation
Assist in Mutual Fund-related operational work
Manage WhatsApp Business and social media activities
Assist with Instagram/Facebook posts and basic content management
Support general office administration and daily operational activities

Mandatory Requirements




Master's Degree is Compulsory
Good English communication – Reading, Writing & Speaking
Valuable computer knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email & Internet
Positive typing and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of Social Media platforms
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Training will be provided for Mutual Fund and Financial Services operations.

Candidates with previous experience in Mutual Funds, Banking, Financial Services, Back Office, Excel, CRM or Social Media Management will be preferred.
