Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and capable Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead teams, and ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of management experience, robust leadership skills, and an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily business and operational activities.
Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Plan and allocate work according to business requirements.
Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Develop and implement effective operational strategies.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle employee concerns and resolve operational issues.
Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.




Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Support management in achieving organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
English: Intermediate English
Preferred Course: MBA
