We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with clients/customers, explaining services, following up with leads, and maintaining proper records.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients.
Explain company services and answer customer queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain call records and update customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the team for smooth follow-ups.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and polite personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers can apply.
Prior telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
Timimg :
10am to 6pm
Working Days :
Monday to Saturday ( 2nd Saturday off )
