Roles & Responsibilities
Visit customer sites for solar panel service and maintenance.
Perform cleaning of solar panels to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and resolve basic repair and maintenance issues at customer locations.
Inspect solar systems and report technical problems, if any.
Ensure proper functioning of solar panels after service.
Coordinate with the service team for major repair requirements.




Follow company safety guidelines while working at customer sites.
Maintain service reports and update job completion status.
Key Skills
Willingness to work in the field.
Basic technical understanding (training will be provided for freshers).
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Problem-solving attitude.
Ability to travel to multiple customer locations.
Requirements
Bike is mandatory for daily site visits.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Candidate should be comfortable with outdoor field work.
