Key ResponsibilitiesSource blue-collar candidates through job portals, references, field hiring, walk-ins, and local networks.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews as per client requirements.
Coordinate document collection, background verification, and joining formalities.
Ensure timely deployment and onboarding of candidates at client locations.
Maintain daily attendance, manpower deployment, and joining reports.
Supervise deployed employees and resolve basic operational or employee-related issues.
Coordinate with clients and operations teams regarding manpower requirements and replacements.
Track absenteeism, attrition, performance, and manpower gaps.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor employees and maintain workforce discipline.




Ensure compliance with company/client policies and HR processes.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and manpower status reports.
Achieve assigned hiring and deployment targets within the given timeline.
Preferred Skills min 1 year of experience in blue-collar recruitment, manpower staffing, or field supervision.
Valuable knowledge of local candidate sourcing and field recruitment.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple locations and manpower requirements.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Willingness to travel for field recruitment and employee supervision.
