Key Responsibilities
Quantity take-offs, BOQ, cost estimation & rate analysis
Preparation & verification of RA bills (client & subcontractors)
Vendor bill checking, payment certification & service entry sheets
Contract drafting, review & administration (agreements, NDAs, etc.)
Tracking variations, preparing claims & extra work proposals
Site verification, material reconciliation & billing accuracy checks
MIS reporting and coordination with accounts & project teams
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience in residential & commercial projects
Robust knowledge of estimation, billing & contract management
Work Location: Tathawade Pune
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
